Marcel Wanders and Gabriele Chiave called on the creativity and unique know-how of Valentine Huyghues Despointes to imagine a nomadic version of their Backgammon game created for Baccarat. A graduate of the Grégoire workshops in Paris, the leather artist imagines extremely refined pieces crafted from the finest leathers. Entirely handmade, the folding board and the red leather travel case reveal absolute precision work. Inside, seven compartments house the dice and crystal pampilles transformed into superb pawns. A subtle balance struck between heritage and modernity to offer all players a unique experience. Breaking a point, attacking, blocking or trapping, the rules are simple, but it will take strategy - and luck - to win the game!
